For clients this takes the form of site visits for diagnostics, and any routine repairs which we deem necessary. In the rare case that your motor does break down Adsec Projects will send a technician to you within 24 hours to sort out your problem at no additional cost to you.

Our visits include these diagnostics:
- Ensure no physical obstructions in the gate path.
- Test all electrical systems
- Check all voltages & currents are within operating parameters.
- Check bearings and motor for visual wear.
- Check oil levels.
- Check motor brushes, gear box & armature.
- Check magnetic and electric origin systems; adjust limits for proper gate closure (where applicable).
- Check and test safety controls and equipment.
- All services performed during normal working hours (8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday)
